We address to you on behalf of BBVA Banco Frances S.A. in order to inform that due to a technical problem occurred during part of the day, certain problems were reported in cash transaction and sale of securities. These technical problems were solved, and the network operates normally.

We also inform that because of this situation and in compliance with Article 49 Section XIV, Chapter II , Title VII of the Rules of the CNV , the Bank has suspending for today its activities as Clearing and Settlement Agent .
