Bank of America Corporation today announced the voting results
of matters considered during the company’s annual meeting of
shareholders in Charlotte.
Shareholders elected the 13 board of director nominees, approved
a management advisory proposal on compensation of named executive
officers, ratified the appointment of the company’s independent
accounting firm and approved the amendment and restatement of the
2003 Key Associate Stock Plan. None of the shareholder proposals
were approved.
