BAC Bank of America Corporation

U.K. private equity group Charterhouse Capital has picked Deutsche Bank AG (DB) and Bank of America Corp. (BAC) to organize a stock market listing of its German insulation materials firm Armacell, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing two people familiar with the matter.

An initial public offering could take place as early as late 2014, the people said.
