Philippine Airlines Eyes Wide-Body Aircraft

MANILA--PAL Holdings Inc. (PAL.PH) said Wednesday that its unit,
Philippine Airlines Inc., is in talks with Airbus Group SE and
Boeing Co. "with the intention of buying wide-body aircraft."
It said that PAL, as the airline is better known, "will decide
on the purchase before the end of the year."
PAL Holdings said the airline may buy as many as 12 wide-body
aircraft for delivery between 2017 and 2018.
