SINGAPORE--Boeing Co. (BA) has delivered a 737-800 jet to Malaysia Airlines, the 100th of the popular single-aisle jet sent to the Malaysian flag carrier.

The aircraft, which can seat about 160 passengers in a business and economy class configuration, was delivered on Friday, Boeing said in a statement.
