Holly Rotkowitz has been promoted to Director, Human Resources for New Jersey American Water, the largest investor-owned water and wastewater service provider in the state. In this role, she is responsible for the delivery of all human resources services which includes among other things: staffing, labor relations, employee relations, EEO/Affirmative action and diversity, performance management/ development, leadership development and succession planning for employees of New Jersey. Rotkowitz has more than 15 years of experience in human resources. Upon joining American Water in 2012 as a senior HR business partner, she provided strategic HR expertise to employees across multiple functions in the company’s Business Services organization. In 2014, she was promoted to Director of HR Services where she oversaw the quality, service delivery and financial management of the company’s HR service center, benefits administration, leave management, organization and position management, and core HR administration.

Rotkowitz holds a master’s degree in counseling and human services from Montclair University, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from The College of New Jersey. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources Management.
