American Water Works Company, Inc. (NYSE: AWK) announced today that it intends to release its 2015 second quarter financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2015.

Susan Story, president and chief executive officer, Linda Sullivan, senior vice president and chief financial officer and Walter Lynch, president and chief operating officer of Regulated Operations, will host the 2015 second quarter earnings conference call and audio webcast with investors, analysts and other interested parties on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. There will be a question and answer session as part of the call.
