ATI Flat Rolled Products Employees to Return to Work

Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:ATI) announced today
that union-represented employees of its flat-rolled products
business and other locations are scheduled to return to work
beginning the week of March 13, 2016. This follows member
ratification of the new four-year agreement with the United
Steelworkers. All charges and the complaint pending with the
National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) have been withdrawn.
Employees will be notified of their return to work schedule.
