(“ Air Products ”) issued a press release announcing completion of the sale to Evonik Industries AG of certain subsidiaries and assets comprising the Performance Materials division of Air Products’ Materials Technologies segment. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
