ANF Immobilier (Paris:ANF):
On Friday, March 10, 2017 at 11.30 a.m., the new The Adecco
Group France headquarters was officially inaugurated in the heart
of the Carré de Soie district in Lyon, France. This inauguration
took place in the presence of Gérard Collomb, Senator-Mayor of Lyon
- Chairman of Lyon Métropole, Jean-Paul Bret - Mayor of
Villeurbanne, Christophe Catoir - Chairman of The Adecco Group
France, Renaud Haberkorn - Chairman of the Executive Board of ANF
Immobilier and Didier Caudard-Breille - Founder and Chairman of DCB
International.
A new high-quality headquarters for the leader in human
resources solutions
An ANF Immobilier, Crédit Agricole Assurances and DCB Partners
investment, developed by DCB International and designed by the firm
of architects, Sagittaire Architecte Associés, Adely is above all a
natural building. Comprising three linked buildings, with two to
four floors and two basement floors, Adely has housed over 900
employees of The Adecco Group France since January 2017. A
historically Lyon-based company, this new environment is part of
its desire to offer a more modern quality of life, combining
comfort and wellbeing at work. All the Group's Lyon-based support
services, as well as the subsidiaries with their headquarters in
Lyon (Adecco DO Est Sud, Adecco Medical, Adecco PME, Adecco Onsite,
Adecco Training and Spring), are now brought together on this
site.
A contemporary and sustainable program in the heart of the
Carré de Soie
Located in Rue Legay, Villeurbanne, in the heart of the Carré de
Soie, Adely enables The Adecco Group France employees to take
advantage of a resolutely contemporary and sustainable working
environment, offering superb work spaces for employees, within a
large one and a quarter acre landscaped park. Anchored in the heart
of the 4th business district in the Lyon metropolis, Adely has
resolutely contemporary architecture, with plenty of room for
plants and nature. It is currently in the process of acquiring the
international BREEAM Very Good certification (compliance with RT
2012), a world benchmark for sustainable construction. The
buildings were constructed with a high-performance thermal
envelope, comprising reinforced exterior insulation and an
innovative cladding over the load-bearing concrete structure. The
façades and terraces have also been treated with Néolife, an
ecological material made of French wood sawdust and only using
organic binders.
At this inauguration, Gérard Collomb highlighted the high
architectural quality of Adely and "welcomed its installation in
the heart of the Carré de Soie, a strategic district for the Lyon
metropolis. The presence of The Adecco Group France is a strong
sign of the Carré de Soie's ability to attract dynamic,
high-performance companies - companies that have immediately
understood the qualities and potential of this region which has
particularly efficient transport infrastructure in an urban setting
with exceptional living and working conditions".

- 13,275m² of usable surface area
- 5,000m² of landscaping
