Accenture Helps Clients Accelerate Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with the Accenture High Velocity Talent and HR Solution

from Accenture solution to improve digitally enabled HR
processes
A year after its launch, Accenture (NYSE:ACN) announced that its
High Velocity Talent and HR solution for SAP® SuccessFactors® HCM
Suite continues to gain momentum and help clients in all industries
accelerate implementation of SAP SuccessFactors at a reduced cost
and with increased flexibility.
There are now more than 10 clients across the U.S, Canada, and
several countries in Europe, and in industries including in
chemicals, energy, oil & gas, and consumer goods that have used
High Velocity Talent and HR to achieve fully functional SAP
SuccessFactors human capital solutions more quickly and at a lower
cost. This includes:
- FirstEnergy, an electric services
company in the United States, went live with SuccessFactors
Learning Management Systems in February 2016. Users now benefit
from a unified learning experience aligned with their job, while
management is now able to make more informed decisions on learning
planning for the organization. The company also just went live with
SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management and Succession
Planning in April 2016, using High Velocity Talent and HR.
- TNT, an international courier delivery
services company with more than 58,000 employees in over 61
countries, decided to implement a global learning management
solution. In February, the company went live with SAP
SuccessFactors Learning Management Solution, implemented with the
help of High Velocity Talent and HR.

Jam. The solution is now also integrated with Accenture Clone and
Test for Cloud and HR Audit and Compliance Tool. Driving simplicity
with a comprehensive global offering, High Velocity Talent and HR
goes beyond configuration to include complete end-to-end project
deliverables intended to successfully support all aspects of the
implementation lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite.
