SYDNEY -(Dow Jones)- Airbus hopes to keep its aircraft deliveries as flat as possible in 2010 compared with 2009, an executive with the company said Wednesday. The European aircraft manufacturer, a unit of European Aeronautic Defence & Space Co.'s (5730.FR), will provide a forecast in January of its deliveries in 2010, said John Leahy, chief operating officer - customers, at Airbus. "The goal would be to try and keep it as flat as possible", Leahy told Dow Jones Newswires, referring to aircraft deliveries in 2010.
