Scientific Games Signs Contract With Loteria Electronica De
Puerto Rico for Online Lottery
Contract Worth Approximately $67 Million Over 7 Years
NEW YORK, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Scientific Games Corporation
(NASDAQ:SGMS) announced that it has signed the previously announced online
lottery contract with Loteria Electronica de Puerto Rico. The contract is
valued at $66.7 million and is for a term of seven years.
The online lottery contract includes the installation of 2000 terminals and a
new central system with satellite and radio communication technology. The new
system is scheduled to launch on March 15, 2005.
