PHOENIX, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- The Arizona Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) will be hosting a luncheon and roundtable discussion regarding public company disclosure issues on November 18, 2005. The event is open to interested non-members.
Some of the issues that will be covered during the program include: how to disseminate good and bad news even-handedly; earnings guidance issues; SEC Regulations FD and G; investors' perspective on publicly filed information; and the fine line between selective disclosure and explaining information that is already public.
