Michael Strofolino to lead CRSTL Systems Advisory Board Former CEO of The Hospital for Sick Children targets blue chip talent

TORONTO, April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- CRSTL Systems, (Corporate Responsibility System Technologies Ltd.), a leading developer of web-enabled compliance software today announced that a panel of seasoned industry executives will serve as a special Advisory Board to the company.

The new Advisory Board's top-flight roster of technology, financial and business leaders include Michael J. Strofolino, who has been named Chairman of the Advisory Board and Paul E. Rummell, who will be Senior Advisor.

Paul Rummell, Senior Advisor to the Board of Advisors for CRSTL Systems is one of the leading IT professionals in North America. As Senior Advisor, Mr.

Rummell will provide valuable input on strategic planning, product development and sales tactics.

He is currently a Senior Advisor to several major organizations/governments and is on the Board of Directors and Advisors for several private companies in Canada. He has been most recently advising Meta Group Canada and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
