NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Zumiez Inc. said late Wednesday same-store
sales fell 2.6% in February.
The average estimate of analysts polled by Thomson Financial called for an
increase of 1.4% for the month.
Total sales at the Everett-Wash.-based action sports apparel and footwear
retailer description rose 11.5% to $23.1 million from the year-earlier total of
$20.7 million.
The stock closed the regular session Wednesday at $17.34, down 2%.
