VERNON HILLS, Ill. (AP) - Zebra Technologies Corp., which makes bar code and
plastic card printers, said Wednesday its chief financial officer, Charles
Whitchurch, is retiring on June 30 and will be replaced by Michael C. Smiley.
Whitchurch, 61, joined Zebra as CFO in 1991. Smiley, 48, will start on May
1. He previously worked at telecommunications equipment company Tellabs Inc.,
where he led accounting and finance functions outside of the U.S.
