OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- YRC Worldwide (NASDAQ:YRCW) today announced the appointment of two finance professionals to new roles within the company: Christina Wise has been named Vice President - Treasurer for YRC Worldwide. In this role, Wise will oversee the capital structure and cash management along with lender and rating agency relations. Prior to joining YRC Worldwide as Assistant Treasurer in 2006, Wise held a variety of corporate finance positions with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
Sheila Taylor has been named Vice President - Finance and Investor Relations for YRC Worldwide. Taylor will serve as the primary investor relations contact in addition to her current finance and accounting responsibilities within the North American Transportation organization of YRC Worldwide. Taylor has been with the company since 2002 and has served in a variety of roles including SEC reporting and investor relations support.
