Withdrawal of EGM Notice
Further to the announcement made on 26 July 2007, the Board of Baggeridge Brick
plc (the 'Company') announces that they have today received a notice, from
Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC ('Michelmersh') stating that they withdraw their
earlier request for the Company to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting to
consider resolutions concerning the appointment of Craig Robinson, Finance
Director of Michelmersh, as director of the Company.
Accordingly the Board does not propose to convene an Extraordinary General
Meeting.
