(AMEX:WEX), a leading designer and manufacturer of custom electronic control products and systems, today announced that Dale A. Nordquist, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, will leave the Company, effective June 30, and commence his new role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Zareba Systems, Inc., of Minneapolis, MN. Mr. Nordquist joined Winland in October 2001 as Vice President of Sales and was promoted to Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing in December, 2002. He has been a director of Zareba since 2004.
