   Following the announcement of GXG Markets A/S closure of the Market 
place with effect 18 August 2015, Winlogic Plc announces that the 
Company is seeking to make an application for the Company's Ordinary 
Shares to be admitted to trading on the ISDX Growth Market. 
 
   The Company is anticipating to delist from GXG Main Quote on admission 
to ISDX Growth Market to commence trading mid-September 2015. 
 
   ISDX is an EU Regulated Market for officially listed securities which 
are regulated by the UK Listing Authority and it helps dynamic, small- 
and mid-cap companies from all industry sectors to achieve their
