   Additional GBP25,000 Fundraise 
 
   Winlogic Plc are please to announce that it has raised an additional 
GBP25,000 (before expenses) by way of a placing of 5,208 new ordinary 
shares of 5 pence each, at a placing price of 480 pence ("Placing 
Price") per new ordinary shares (the "Placing") to satisfy individual 
investor's needs. The Placing Price represents no premium of the closing 
price on 4(th) December 2014. 
 
   The proceeds of the Placing will be used to support the implementation 
of the casino operation. 
 
   The 5,208 new ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on GXG Main 
Quote today, 5(th) December 2014. 
 
   Following the Placing, the issued share capital of the Company will 
increase to 12,567,285 ordinary shares of 5 pence each. This figure may 
be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which 
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or 
a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under 
the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
