Williams Changes Transfer Agent

TULSA, Okla., Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Williams (NYSE:WMB) has appointed UMB Bank, n.a. as its registrar and transfer agent. Effective today, UMB will replace Computershare as registrar and transfer agent for all shares of Williams' common stock. All inquiries and correspondence relating to shareholder records, transfer of shares, lost certificates, or change of address should be directed to UMB as follows:
