West Virginia Forestry Department Awards Exclusive Contract for RELM BK Radio Digital Products

- Issues $156,000 Initial Purchase Order -

WEST MELBOURNE, Fla., June 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RELM Wireless Corporation (AMEX:RWC), a leading manufacturer of high-specification two-way communications equipment for use in the public and private sector, today announced the award of a contract to its dealer, Miller Communications, Inc., to be the exclusive supplier of BK Radio-brand P25 digital portable radios and accessories to the West Virginia Division of Forestry (WVDF). The WVDF placed its initial purchase order under the contract of approximately $156,000. The contract, which does not specify purchase dates or quantities of equipment, commenced on May 21, 2007, and has a term of one year with two one-year renewals at the WVDF's option.
