Wendy's(R) announced today that it's bringing back the Southwest Chicken Caesar Salad as a limited-time offering during April and May. Starting this week, the salad will be available at Wendy's restaurants for the first time since 2003.
The premium salad features seasoned diced chicken, corn and black beans, and grape tomatoes on a bed of crisp Romaine lettuce - garnished with shredded natural Parmesan cheese and garlic croutons. A special Southwest Caesar dressing complements the salad and gives it a zesty kick.
