SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Wells Fargo Business Credit, a unit of banking company
Wells Fargo & Co., said Thursday it agreed to acquire certain operations of
Transcap Associates Inc. for undisclosed terms.
Transcap is the biggest U.S. purchase order and trade finance company in the
U.S.
Wells Fargo said acquiring Transcap will allow it to offer customers
expertise in fulfilling large sales orders domestically and overseas.
