LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Weir Group Plc. said it has completed the
acquisition of a 75 percent stake in Standard Oilfield Services Ltd. for C$16
million.
Standard Oilfield, which has principal operations in Baku, Azerbaijan,
provides the group a portal to the Caspian region, Weir said.
