SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Website Pros Inc. late Tuesday posted
fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of $3.8 million, or 13 cents a share, ahead of
the mean estimate of analysts polled by Thomson Financial of 11 cents.
During the year earlier, adjusted earnings were $2.7 million, or 14 cents a
share.
The Jacksonville, Fla.-based company reported it swung to a net loss of
$221,000, or a penny a share, from a net profit of $4.84 million, or 25 cents a
share, last year.
Revenue for the three months ended Dec. 31 came in at $30.9 million versus
the mean Street view of $31.3 million. A year ago, revenue was $16.4 million.
Additionally, the company said it expects full-year 2008 adjusted earnings
of 78 cents to 82 cents a share on revenue of $133 million to $137 million.
Shares of Website Pros, a provider of Web and marketing services to small-
and medium-sized companies, closed the regular session up 23 cents, or about
2.4%, at $9.88. The stock rose almost 4% in after-hours trading.
