LONDON (Thomson Financial) - The Weather Lottery Plc. said it has called for
an extraordinary general meeting on June 25, as its net assets hav fallen below
half of its called up share capital.
Under the Companies Act, the company is obliged to convene an EGM to
consider steps, if any, to deal with the situation.
