In this role, he will have overall responsibility for managing and driving growth within the firm's retirement consulting business throughout North America.
Shaddy has been with Watson Wyatt for 11 years and served as the Central Division retirement practice leader for the last six years. He has more than 20 years of consulting experience in all aspects of corporate retirement programs, including plan design, financial management and plan administration. He is an associate in the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and an enrolled actuary under ERISA.
