(NASDAQ:WWIN), a regional, non-hazardous solid waste services company, announced that it has acquired American Disposal Services, LLC. which is a commercial and industrial hauling service provider in Hendersonville, Tennessee. This acquisition will be a tuck-in to our existing Nashville, Tennessee operation and is projected to generate approximately $3.0 million in annualized hauling revenues.
