BOSTON, Feb. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wainwright Bank & Trust Company (NASDAQ:WAIN) announced that its Board of Directors has declared the regular, quarterly dividend on the Bank's common stock in the amount of $.08 (eight cents) per share. This dividend will be paid on March 7, 2008 to common stockholders of record as of February 26, 2008.
