Sept 18 (Reuters) - Sept 18 (Reuters) - British media services company Vitec
Group Plc has appointed Richard Cotton of car components group Wagon Plc as its
Finance Director from November 2008, the companies said in separate statements
on Thursday.
Vitec, which provides camera equipment and other products to broadcasters
and the entertainment industry, also said its Chief Executive Gareth Rhys
Williams is leaving the company, to join an unnamed private equity-owned safety
equipment manufacturer.
Finance Director Alastair Hewgill will act as interim chief executive of
Vitec from Oct. 1.
Wagon said in a separate statement it has yet to name a replacement for
Cotton.
