services, announced that Mr. Stephen A. Van Oss, Senior Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer, will be retiring from the
Company at the end of the year. As part of the Company's
efforts to streamline its management structure, his position as
Chief Operating Officer will not be replaced. Mr.
