BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - Vulcan Materials Company said Friday its board
lifted its quarterly dividend by 3 cents, or 6.5 percent, to 49 cents.
The construction materials producer said the dividend is payable March 10 to
shareholders of record as of Feb. 25.
