The Company's issued share capital with voting rights as at 1 September
2009 was 360,085,849 ordinary shares of 0.005p each.
The Company does not hold any of the ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 360,085,849 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in the
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
