LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Swedish car major Volvo Car Corp said it plans
to enter the Indian automobile market through its flagship products - S80 sedan
and sports utility vehicle XC90 - according to television channel CNBC-TV18.
Volvo intends to price the S80 at 3.8 mln indian rupees and the XC90 at 4.5
mln indian rupees, the report said.
Both vehicles will be available in the petrol and diesel variants.
