LONDON--Vodafone Group PLC (VOD.LN) said Tuesday Chief Executive Vittorio Colao has bought 260,000 Ordinary shares at 209.05 pence, and is now interested in 10.9 million shares.

Additionally the company said Chief Financial Officer Nick Read has bought 180,000 shares at the same price, and now has an interest in 2.03 million shares.
