MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services withdrew its
ratings, including the 'B' corporate credit rating, on Vistar Corp. after
Performance Food Group Co., which was acquired by Blackstone and Wellspring
Capital Management, was combined with Vistar.
