NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - ViroPharma Inc. Tuesday said it wouldn't
discuss its drug Vancocin at the Food and Drug Administration's July 23 meeting
of its Advisory Committee for Pharmaceutical Science and Clinical Pharmacology.
The company said it wouldn't discuss the drug because the meeting isn't
product specific.
Vancocin is used to treat staphylococcal infections.
Shares of ViroPharma closed Monday at $10.83.
