Share Buyback Clarification

13 September 2016

The Company wishes to clarify that since its re-domicile to Guernsey on 22 March 2016, all shares that have been bought back by the Company are held in Treasury. As of today’s date there are a total of 211,346,258 shares in issue and of those shares, 2,700,000 Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.
