VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited (the "Company" or "VOF")

Publication of Prospectus

VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that it has published its Prospectus relating to the proposed admission of the Company's shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Prospectus has been approved by the FCA. The Prospectus will shortly be available on the Company's website (www.vof-fund.com) and is available for inspection from the Company's registered office: PO Box 225, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL, Channel Islands.

An indicative timetable of the principle events is presented below.

 29 March 2016   Last day of dealings of Ordinary

 30 March 2016   Company's shares cancelled from trading 
                  on AIM and admitted to the Premium 
                  segment of the Official List and 
                  trading on the Main Market

Application has been made for 211,346,258 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. Admission is expected to become effective, and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares commence, at 8 a.m. on 30 March 2016. The ticker for the Company's Ordinary Shares is VOF.L (ISIN: GG00BYXVT888; SEDOL: BYXVT88).

The Company's issued share capital comprises 211,346,258 New Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

A copy of the Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
