SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Vicor Corp. Chief Financial Officer Mark
Glazer is now vice president of treasury services at the company, the Andover,
Mass.-based provider of power components and power systems said late Monday.
Chief Accounting Officer Richard Nagel Jr. will act as interim CFO during
the search for a candidate to fill the position permanently, the company said.
Vicor shares were down 37 cents to $14.07 at the closing bell.
