SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Verso Technologies Inc. on Monday named
President and Chief Operating Officer Mark Dunaway to the additional role of
chief executive, succeeding Steven Odom.
Odom has also ceased serving as a director of the company, Verso said.
Shares of the Atlanta-based telecommunications equipment company rose 14% to
13 cents.
