Veri-Tek International, Corp. Will Report 2007 Fourth Quarter and Year End Financial Results on March 27, 2008

Conference Call Scheduled for 4:30 PM ET

BRIDGEVIEW, Ill., March 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Veri-Tek International, Corp. (AMEX:VCC), a leading provider of engineered lifting solutions including boom truck cranes, rough terrain forklifts and special mission oriented vehicles, announced today that management will announce its 2007 fourth quarter and year end financial results after market close on Thursday, March 27, 2008. Management will then host a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results with the investment community.
