NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Vascular Solutions Inc. Wednesday said it has
agreed to settle its patent infringement lawsuit between with Diomed Holdings
Inc.
Vascular will pay Diomed a one-time payment of about $3.6 million in
exchange for a dismissal of all claims and appeals by each side.
Vascular shares closed at $7.10 Tuesday.
