LONDON (Thomson Financial) - ValiRx PLC said its proprietary gene-silencing
technology, GeneICE, has received patent approval by the European Patent Office
covering 23 states.
The cancer therapeutics company holds the rights to GeneICE through its
subsidiary, Cronos Therapeutics Ltd, which has an exclusive worldwide license
agreement with Imperial College Innovations.
The initial results on GeneICE trials is expected in September, ValiRx
added.
