BOSTON (Thomson Financial) - Valence Technology Inc. Tuesday named Galen H.
Fischer as chief financial officer, effective March 3.
Fischer replaces Thomas F. Mezger who has resigned.
Prior to joining Valence Technology, Fischer served as corporate controller
for Motive, a global communications software company.
Shares of Austin, Texas-based Valence Technology closed Friday at $2.60.
