Update re: Result of Tender Offer
Further to the announcement on 20 November 2009 in relation to the result of the
invitation by Brewin Dolphin to shareholders to tender up to 19,000,000 Ordinary
Shares for sale to Brewin Dolphin (the "Tender Offer") and a repurchase by the
Company of the Ordinary Shares purchased by Brewin Dolphin pursuant to the
Tender Offer (or otherwise a corresponding number of Ordinary Shares) (the
"Repurchase"), the Company confirms that:
