Aquilo plc ("Aquilo" or the "Company")
Update on position of ITS
Further to the "Update on possible ITS sale" announcement dated the 22 August,
the Company announces that after careful review of the options available, the
Board has reluctantly concluded that IT Solutions (GB) Ltd ("ITS") cannot
continue trading. As a consequence of this KPMG have been appointed as
administrator of ITS. The board emphasises that the appointment does not include
Aquilo plc, Aquilo Inspection and Reinstatement Ltd (AIRS) or Aquilo Business
Solutions Ltd, which represent the rest of the Company.
The Board will review the impact of this on the rest of the Company and update
as soon as more information is available.
